i am going on a long car ride (24 hours) and i want to be asleep for most of it, can i mix dramamine and then a few hours later take tylenol pm??

no, it's hazardous. mixing two sedatives is a large cause of accidental overdoses–it can shut down the stuff your body does without you thinking about it. like your breathing and your heart beating. You don't want to be that sedated, don't mess around with your nervous system like that. Pick one of them and just deal if you can't fall asleep.

dramamine will usually make you pretty drowsy themselves.
