It has magnesium in it, so it creates a loose BM, works same as Magnesium Citrate the lemon flavored water you drink. Just remain hydrated. If you take magnesium as a supplement and don't need it, it'll give you loose/freq bm's, too. Similar as Milk of Magnesia….It's better to bathe in the Epsom Salt bath instead, much more soothing, it just has several uses…
