My vision used to be perfect, but I think it's worsened. I want to enhance my vision. Not with glasses, but naturally. What can I do?

Consuming mostly raw foods improves eyesight, as do:

Borage leaves, oil or tea

Thyme

Carrots

Gingko Biloba

Answer:
Taking vitamins made especially for the eyes might help. One brand is called ICAPS.

Answer:
eat carrots

Answer:
Apparently, it cannot be done. I'm very nearsighted. I've tried pinhole glasses, herbs, eye exercises, etc., and nothing really works. If your eye shape, or cornea, or lens are structurally "off", only laser surgery could improve things.

Answer:
'the bates method'

you can find many books —– search
