Im 13 and have to take large capsules filled with powder and swallow it. but i can't swallow any pills at all! I take a drink put the pill at the tip of my tounge and swallow but the pill just sticks to the roof of my tounge or goes under my tounge! It feels very uncomfortable to try and swallow.
So now i just chew it then swallow.
but my dad stated if i dont swallow it, it
won't work right.
HELP!!

As long as the stuff is NOT for your digestive tract can you break the pill and drop the powder on your tongue. I do that because I often have difficulties swallowing pills. Swallow a huge amount of fluid with it, and the problem should be taken care of….good luck

You should ask your physician if you can crush them and put them in the water and then have it.

Try swallowing it with Milk, it may help.
