If you don't know what scoliosis is, it's the curvature of the spine.

Answer:
Speak to your physician. If medical marijuana is legal in your say, scoliosis is a very, very common recipient of marijuana.

Answer:
Marijuana or even prescribed medications are only a temporary fix for symptoms and will cause side effects but do nothing for the cause.

The better solution is to address the cause(s) of your pain. Scoliosis-related pain is caused by faulty posture or other conditions (such as certain tight muscles) which can be fixed swiftly if you find the right healthcare practitioner.

Unfortunately, most doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors cannot do this, they don't know what to look for. But if you can find a physical therapist trained in the Schroth method, they know exactly what to look for and what to have you do about it. One of them gave me total pain relief with a couple easy but specific recommendations (stretching and posture). The fix for the curvatures is not swift, but the pain relief might be. Search the internet on 'Schroth method' to find resources and practitioners.
