I’ve been taking Phentemine for about 3 months now. I take it generally on the weekdays only. It absolutely gets rid of my appetite and I’ve lost about 18lbs since I started. I was working out for a while and life has gotten hectic, so I've slowed down. The one thing I know about diet pills is they do decrease your appitite, but you’ve to change your lifestyle to keep the weight off, otherwise you are going to gain the weight right back after you stop taking the pills and go back to eating the same fatty junk you were putting in your body before.
