We’re both really sick! And have been since 5pm yesterday! But No I just have a pain in my stomach (where my stomach is) and heartburn. She has vomited like clock work each hour. And we both took peptobismol twice tonight. its empty. at 5:30am where we are. we are trying to sleep. What would be a home remedy to help us? I have a brand new cold bottle of 7-up, lots of alkaseltzer, water (of course) and several other things in my home. What can we take! We feel so sick!!!

Well, Pepto Bismol NEVER works for me… I need to take Keopectate (which I can't spell). Sometimes that happen. It could be a just a virus, or you ate something off. Either way, it should pass in a couple days. Sip the 7up, have some broth based soup and feel superior!

the fda has now said they have no clue if it was tomatoes making people sick……so the first answerer is not keeping up with resent happenings…..
If it is just food poisoning it usually goes away within 24 hours. Keep drinking liquids such as soup to keep strength up. Take it simple.
If it does not go away see the physician, with all the viruses going around these days……
