Avoid raw egg white as that contains a substance called avidin that binds to biotin. Eating a lot of raw egg white over time could lead to a deficiency of biotin. Long-term antibiotic use could also lead to a biotin deficiency, as could the long-term use of certain prescription drugs. Talk to a physician if you are on medication and concerned.

A reliable source is a B-Complex vitamin supplement if you’re concerned about a deficiency, though a deficiency isn’t common unless you have reason to suspect you might have a deficiency, so you should be fine if you eat foods containing biotin in the main.
