Answer:
Ah, now HOW do we know there ISN'T life on other planets? We could be shaking hands with ET soon!

Answer:
Think about your questions for a few seconds……

Answer:
because it is only in earth where life can be seen..sure, there proves to be oxygen in the other planets and other gases..but earth was really made for us people to live in..

Answer:
It's where we started and we don't have the technology to get there in large enough numbers, nor to survive there if we ever did get there.

We need a planet with water and a viable atmosphere.

Answer:
it is not proven yet. I guess earth is in the right climate zone for earthlike life like humans

Answer:
There Are many reasons. 1. Some planets are too hot or too cold 2 No water 3. No Air 4. some dont have anything but hot air and dust

So as you can see if people lived on planets theyd only last a miniut. But they are making this thing that you can go on vacation to i think it was the moon or something

Answer:
because Earth is just the right distance from the sun, its not so close that it frys, like mars and mercury, and its not so far away that it freezes, like the rest of the planets beyond us. it has has the right amount of atmospheric density to have breathable air and liquid water and hold in some heat from the sun. it's just a matter of being in the right place at the right time i suppose. :D

Answer:
Because only Earth provides the condition like atmoshere(oxyen) , food and water for mankind to survive. Thats why people live here.

But only now we got space research programmes going on, they are searching for another planet like Earth… As technology advances, maybe they will find another Earth one day

Answer:
In our own solar system, the choices are:

Mercury- average temperature is 354 degrees F. People would bake like asunday ham there.

Venus- Atmosphere is coomposed of mostly carbon dioxide with thick clouds of sulphuric acid. People can't breathe there. Also its way hot, see above.

Mars- Average surface temperature if -67 degrees F. Very thin atmosphere. No available water.

Jupiter,Saturn, Uranus, Neptune- Crushing gravity, poison atmosphere, waaay too cold.

Pluto- rocky and cold (-900 degrees F) no atmosphere or water.

Earth just happens to be in the perfect orbit (not too hot, not too cold) with a perfect atmosphere, and plenty of water) to sustain life.

Answer:
Earth has the things that we need like air water and food. While other places do not have these things. The temperature has to be appropriate for our body's as well. There is another problem atmosphere we have to have a good atmosphere to breathe. There may be other planets outside of our solar system that are like earth. But our technology right now is not advanced enough to see if there really is.Mars would be our best bet if we have to go some where. But we would probably have to be it suits most of the time.Maybe we could make mars like earth.Highly unlikely though.

Answer:
ASK GOD!!! 8-)

Answer:
it has water on it.
