Answer:
It is called hypoplasia. You’re not getting one answer cause there isn't one. It can be the beginnings of decay on an already formed tooth or too much fluoridation of a growing teeth. Fuoride is not essential but it is actually good in common drinking water and toothpastes to combat decay. You can rest though, the hypoplasia will almost surely disappear after not too long. I am imagining you’re young. It is very common.

Be careful because brushing your teeth with baking soda more than once a week can cause serious damage to your teeth enamel. You might want to use whitestrips or an actual teeth whitening treatment instead. I found some free trials that I posted on my blog that work great. You can see how much of a difference they made on my teeth.

Answer:
How often do you brush your teeth?…Whatever it is I'm concerned too. Thats why Im going to get my teeth whitened.

Answer:
When you brush your teeth and dont 'rinse and spit' afterwards, and the tootpaste stays on there. My brother has em from when he was a kid and never used to wash his mouth after brushing his teeth
