I’ve used the 10 or 14 day white strips, and they work well. I’m pretty busy for the next month though, and it would be easier to use the 5 minute a day white strips. Are they just as effective as the week or two week white strips?

Yes they work. I work for a dentist and we both use them.

They're not quite as effective but they’ll whiten your smile and help you keep the white smile you already have.
