I have braces and I need my teeth to be nice and healthy. I brush my teeth at least 2-3 times a day, and try to floss at night.
I need more suggestions! Thanks!

be careful about whitening your teeth with braces. if you use something that really whitens your teeth to a noticeable extent, then you'll end up having discolored squares on your teeth where the braces were. I recommend doing what I did, and getting crest whitestrips after your braes are removed. In the mean time, it sounds like you're doing the perfect stuff to keep healthy white teeth.
