they are most likely ulcers they are caused by to much acid in the mouth. you can get rid of them by putting a Q~TIP in Hydrogen Peroxide and dab that on the ulcers, be sure to repeat every day until they're gone. If you’ve a lot of ulcers just put a little hydrogen peroxide in your mouth, and swish it around for 30 seconds, be sure to repeat every day until they're gone. After you spit it out, wash your mouth out with water.
