I had a long dentists' appointment this day (a tiny more than 3 hours) where I had a root canal and its crown plus 4 cavities filled. now that I'm done , half of my face is still numb (it reached the eye and the nose and sure the lip). is there anything I have the ability to do to wear the anesthesia off? or just wait?

There's nothing that I know of that will make it wear off faster. You'll just have to wait it out. I had a root canal a year or so ago and I know it's frustrating but it'll be better by tomorrow.
