I used them about a year ago and they worked great. They did make my teeth a little sensitive to cold things for a while though.

Those things are very hard on the enamel of your teeth. If you want to get your teeth whitened let a dentist do it. They have better chemicals that won't harm your teeth.

i drink a lot of coffee and tea and occasionally smoke so i want to use them. my only hesitation is that they do weaken your teeth.
