Sooo, I just had a baby on Nov 15, 2009 .. I was always skinny I weighed 103 before I got pregnant (I'm 5'6) .. I am now 122 Lbs I don't really care for the weight I gained .. I actually like it :) My stomach has gone down a lot too, I just want to tone my body .. Can someone explain to me how cardio kickboxing can help or maybe another workout that’ll help me tone up :)

i've been following a workout program on Youtube from SparkPeople and I love them to death! it's very simple to follow which I love and need lol.
I've been doing 2 cardio kickboxings as well and even though I don't know if it's actually toning anything but It's really helped me cut inches around my hips and waist. I think if you only wanted to tone then you would need some sort of resistance training but I'm not sure!

Targetted weight reduction is quite difficult, some peeple would state impossible, but I lost 3 inches from my waistline by following the guidance on the site in the box below. Give it a try, their help is very down to earth!

Exercising helped me to tone up a load after I joined it along with taking colon sanitize.
