since summer is here im going to florida in august so i have 1 1/2 months to tone myslef. im not really fat rite now but i have a little belly sticking out but i have a big chest as well. im 6'1 and weigh 191 lbs. can someone give me a program to tone down my stomach maybe even get abs and especially my chest area. overall lose the fat and gain muscle. not buff just lean so i think more cardio then. not sure……..

Cardio: Three times a week, 60 minutes, Walking, Jogging, Running, or Cycling
Strength Training: Crunches (on an exercise ball is best), Resistance cord exercises (Just google resistance cord exercises) and pilates.

use the machines at the y.m.c.a. body master, cybex, nautilas. tone is what your looking for not bulk. loose that belly.
