I'm already skinny and im somewhat toned, but i wanna be really really toned all over without looking overly muscular. So basically, i dont want a six pack just a very nice body.Whats a good workout plan for me to go by? Id like to make my butt toned and more massive and my chest a tiny larger and perkier.lol.

pushups with a wide grip will work your chest, squats with a school bag or other weight on your shoulder will tone your, quads, hams and glutes, also make sure you eat lots of protein otherwise your body cant grow

Try cycling or running a few times a week and target a different set of muscles for 10mins every day of the week - you should target each muscle by the end of the week. You’ll minimise muscle aching and tone up quickly. Good luck
