I just started Alli 3 days ago and so far have had no treatment effects. If I were to eat too much fat, which I'm not planning to but just in case, how long does it take for the treatment effects to come? Is it immediate or several hours after I eat?

Thanks!

Answer:
i actually take XENICAL which is the prescription dose of Alli.

The Alli is half the dose of the prescription strength. The more fat you eat, the more side effects you'll have, meaning the product IS working. However you want to keep your fat down - eat healthier food……..the side effects (discharge, gassiness, etc) will begin fairly swiftly the more fat you eat and within the hour of taking it…….you might want to get yourself some pads to prevent embarassing leakage should you’ve a problem with it…….

Answer:
About as long as it takes you to type this question..

Actually you might have anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hr but I would be wearing a diaper if I was out.
