Im going to disney land and i want to be smaller when i wear a bikinni. how do i lose the weight in a month.

Start eating less than you normally would. Seriously, it really works. I'm not telling you to be anorexic or anything, but just be cautious of how much food you stuff in your mouth. Especially when eating out. Remember that you don’t have to eat everything on your plate! Usually a dish from Olive Garden or Applebees is twice the serving size than what you should be consuming.
Besides eating less, remember the obvious. Things like eating a healthy breakfast each morning, getting good exercise, drinking a lot of water, etc.

Eat a lot of fruit and minimally-processes foods. Do at least forty-five minutes of aerobic exercise. Hope that answered your question! ; )
