Is it good to drink fruit juice immediatly after a work out? I know the importants of protein, but simple carbs? I heard that it was because of the glucose levels needing to be restored. What is an ideal carb to eat after a workout? And what amount?

fruit juice is all sugar/glucose. i'd dodge that and the carbs and just stick to the protein after workouts. they rebuild the muscle you just tore up. eat the carbs before the workout. replenish your muscles with the protein. skip the sugar overall.
