I'm thirteen, and I weigh 120 pounds. I’ve very much fat around my thighs, though. When I sit it bulges out. Is this normal? What can I do to improve or fix it?


Answer:
your weight is perfectly normal

sometimes when you sit, it looks fatter than it really is.. its kinda like an illusion to the eye ;)

i wouldnt worry about it, but if it makes you uncomfortable then excercise to tone it up

go biking, swimming, jogging, hiking? anything to work the leg muscle

there is also an excercise that you can do while you’re just sitting down anywhere… just sit and squeeze your thigh/butt muscles lol
my mom does that and it seems to work
