People start crash diets if they are self conscious or insecure and are trying anything to get results fast.

lol… crash dieting.. is not eating at all.. eating once a day in a very very small/tiny portion & working out like a maniac.. but its not healthy & needs lots of enthuisum of weeks, but it works..if u have strength & have that’ll power then its for u.. but if u fail after 2 -7 days u will end up gaining weight & to be on safe side its not healthy .. but i wish u all the ideal… :)… if u r willing to try.. But remember have plenty plenty of water..i know u need to go to washroom ALOT.. but take it as saying to yourself..” I’m flushing all my fat…” & i am willing to pee as much as i will….
