Hey guys. So, I really want to lose about 20 lbs before the next school year starts (end of August). I weigh about 150 right now and would really like to be about 125 but I can settle for 130. Does anyone have any tips for losing swiftly?
Btw, I’m a REALLY picky eater. I think that's one of the reasons I find it hard to lose.

do lean cuisine's that is the ideal way.and eight cups water aday fruit and veggies lose swift.no soft drinks.no eating after 9 p.m.eat for breakfast muti grain cereal and an apple.(apples are the ideal fruit to eat helps to wash the fat out) good luck.(it works i'm doing it also lost 25 in 2 mos.)
