I read that in women, for each inch difference, there should be a 6 pound difference, and so there should be a 12 pound difference for the two girls to be similar in appearance, and there is only a six pound difference. That being said, it also depends on how the weight is distributed. The second girl could have more massive boobs and a smaller waist, while the first girl has smaller boobs and a larger waist, and the second girl would LOOK skinnier. Both are well on the skinny side for their height.

There is no answer to that one, first off, a girl with more muscle mass would be skinnier appearing because she is leaner, so unless one of them has a higher BMI, body fat % and less muscle mass then she would more massive then the other girl, for all i know for me being 5'6'' and 124 lbs im skinnier then both the 5'2'' and 5'4'' girls, because i know my body fat is low, i contain a high amount of muscle, making me appear leaner (since i am) and smaller, my inches are small because of my muscle mass and muscle is denser then fat.
So to find out, the girl who is 5'2'' would need to measure her waist and the girl who is 5'4'' should measure her wait, who ever has the smaller waist in inches is the skinnier one. the lbs of a person and height cant tell you if they are skinnier, its more math then that.

well that really just depends… It really depends on there bpf % I mean if the girl who is 5'2 is 111 pounds but she has a bpf of 6% and the girl who is 5'4 has a bpf of 13% than obviously the first girl is skinner. But typically the 5'4 girl would be skinner unless the 5'2 girl worked out a lot…
