I don't know officially since my parents don't let me get tested once in a while, but it just feels like it is. I eat foods with a lot of salt in it so yeah… A girl I used to enjoy keeps crushing on a LOT of dudes and it's still hurting even though I don't care for her and my blood pressure goes up. Some guy in my class keeps pissing me off in class because he always try to act tough when he throw his fists around some people. It's really annoying and I want to take him down to lower his self confidence. He is what some people call, a wigger. Excuse me for saying that but yeah that's how you can define him as. Either way how can I lower my blood pressure. I’m now drinking loads of water but I can't really at school because it goes though my system within a few minutes.
