Is it normal to feel like this after brain tumor surgery (removal)?

Yes and it can take weeks before this goes away. Your brain has been traumatized by the surgery and it has to heal. My husband had this surgery recently and now, nearly one year later, most of the symptoms are gone. He still has periods of dizziness but that too is decreasing. Give it more time and hopefully, your symptoms will eventually all go away.
