My boyfriend snores. Can I help him stop?

He snores LOUD and I can't sleep, but I don't want to sleep apart because I love him and I love waking up next to him. Are there any products that help a person to cease snoring or am I going to have to wear earplugs the rest of my life? lol.

I use earplugs, but you can get a thing that they put up their nose. It kinda looks like a tiny clamp that goes in each side of the nostril. Hubby tried them and they worked but he stated they were a tiny annoying, HA try sleeping next to him each night and tell me that its a tiny annoying!!

Anyways hope that helps and if all else fails a kick in the side doesnt hurt

I fully feel your pain. Sometimes I swear my husband sounds like a chainsaw (about the same volume, too).

Have you tried making him sleep on his side? That helps me. There's also these nose strips you can purchase at the drugstore which open the airways and help prevent snoring. If that fails, you'll get used to the earplugs - I have!

roll him on his back and take your pillow and put it over his mouth and nose hold it down for about five mins the snoring will stop

maybe he has sleep apnea really im not kidding ,get him checked out if he like stops and starts gasping for air,… ii can cause death,,,not a product but a recommendation,,

Get Breath Right strips. They've overly pricey but they work well for respiration problems.

Yeah I do the same thing as the first comment. Try making him sleep on his side, it REALLY helps!
