while taking a hot shower, i know this is gross, but blow your nose as many times as you can into your washcloth. afterwords, take some Mucinex-D, it's an over the counter expectorant and a nasal decongestant. it's in a red box. Mucinex also offers a nose spray instead of the oral version.
