I'm only 29 years old. I've had kidney stone attacks for 2 1/2 years. They found a 7mm kidney stone and I had a Lithotripsy to get rid of it. Then I went for an ultrasound to see if there were any kidney stones. There were no kidney stones BUT they found a GALL STONE in my gallbladder that’s 2 cm.

Am I really unhealthy and unlucky at my young age of 29 or what? Does this show that I’ve a very poor diet of fatty foods?

Answer:
Sounds like a diet issue. Read up on these at

and you’ll probably come to the conclusion that you already stated.
