I swear I look like a crack head! I’ve scars all over my arms and bruises all over my legs. Anytime I get a little scratch or I accidentally burn myself (but not that bad) I get a scar. If I lightly bump against something, a large bruise will develop. I'm feeling very self conscious! The other day was the last straw. I was pulling something out of the oven and I bumped the pan against my arm. It didn't even hurt or turn red. I put ice on it and aloe vera gel on it immediately, because I knew I would scar. Sure enough, this day I have a large burn on my arm and I'm at work! I already have two other scars on my arm! I have been slathering it with aloe vera and vitamin e, but I don't know. I just want nice skin! Why does this happen???

Answer:
This is a sign of chronic anemia. You should start eating more leafy green vegetables and if you can stomach it, organ meats such as liver. They’ve the highest amount of iron and might reduce your bruising a bit. If it continues, go see you doctor and have him do a complete physical on it. Do you get fatigued easily? Can you not do things today that normally would never bother you? If so, you’re anemic or more than likely.

Answer:
you need more iron, i have the same problem and i hate it. I take pills that provide me more iron and its helped a little, you might also have sensitive skin, what i suggest is take some pills that provide iron, if after sometime that doesnt help go to the physician and take some blood work to see why you would have this problem, and if they cant find anything, go to a dermatologist that’ll be all you can do to help it

Answer:
maybe your body doesnt have enough vitamins and your skin is weak, ask your doctor if you can take some vitamins that’ll strengthen your skin, im not a doctor or anything but i think that might be it, most health problems depend on your diet thats all i know

Answer:
Certain medications can cause you to bruise easily. Also, the older you get, the thinner your skin becomes.

Answer:
make sure you're eating the right foods, whenever your body lacks in some nutrient you can bruise easily. Maybe anemic (lacking iron) for the bruises.

Answer:
could you possibly be anemic? Low Iron and/or B12 anemia can cause simple bruising as can a deficiency in Vitamin C. Unfortunately sometimes this is genetic

Answer:
You need to have a diet rich in fiber, or take more vitamins.

You are not ill, you just have a vitamin deficiency.=]

Answer:
Increase your vit C intake and Zinc, these help heal and rebuild. Also make sure you drink enough water daily to keep system cleaning out waste.

Answer:
Go to the Doctor, you might have diabetes. Or you may just need iron, but be careful because too much iron can harm you.

Answer:
Because your skin is thinner than most. Your capillaries are easily damaged. Thus causing you to bruise.

Answer:
My friend had that where if she just touched something a bruise would occur. You need to go to the doctor becuase I think it is some kind of cancer.

Answer:
I would go have a docotor check it out, it might be something seriouse, or maybe not, but I would make sure its nothing.
