Will an endocrinologist cover these things?

like acne,blackheads,whitehead,acne scars,very oily glands,hair on face in unwanted areas,huge pores everywhere pretty much everything you could think of that you don't want i've tried everything anticipate going to an endocrinologist and accutane some people say it's good and some people says it bad what do you think

I think you meant dermatologist, not endocrinologist. A dermatologist treats conditions of the skin, hair and nails. A visit to an endocrinologist might be of use later if the dermatologist suggests it, but I'd definitely begin with a derm doc.
