Answer:
It could mean a lot of things. It could mean you’ve anxiety over the fact that you have actually binged and knowing you shouldn't but you couldn't stop it obviously for what ever negative feeling it is that you wanted to squash. It could also mean your body is responding for some other reason. Can I ask you, do you start to feel these symptoms only after you binge, or are these symptoms what get you to binge. Either way, the fact that you react this way, are bells going off for you. Please do not ignore it, get it checked out, it could really be nothing but it could also be something. For example I checked out Hypoglycemia and those are symptoms. But it's like I asked do the symptoms begin before? Anyway I am not telling you that you have this or anything else, I am telling you that you should respect the messages your body is sending. Your are getting them for a reason, the issue is to decipher these messages to ensure it isn’t a warning of something that could become serious if you ignore it. If you think about it, just for the sake of your heart and only, you really do not need to be putting a strain on your heart. And yes you do strain it, I am not even going to get into it. If you would like to elaborate about why you binge and if it is something you need to do often etc… The fact that you’re concerned is good, and if you need a tiny more talk than add on I’ll be happy to answer you, but sweetie really do leave it like this.
Answer:
Because your digestive system and sympathetic system is overwhelmed … you should try to cease, it's not good.
Feel better!
Answer:
Um…that's because binge eating is bad for you. Stop doing it.
