ankles? it makes it extremely hard to walk! the pain shoots from my back(spine) behind my butt and everything down to the back of my legs? i can't even walk, i have to hold on for dear life!

Answer:
That's normally called radiculopathy which means you may have a pinched nerve in the lumbar spine. That specific nerve runs from your lumbar region, down the back of the buttocks and down your leg. Your best bet is to see a spine specialist who will probably order an MRI to diagnose that problem and treat from there. If it is radic., most likely you'll be put on steroid meds such as Prednisone for a short period of time and start physical therapy. Worst case scenario is injections to help with the pain over time. Seek a spine specialist for help.

Answer:
It sounds like you’ve a pinched nerve, it may help for you to go and get a massage, i had something like that the other day and my mum gave me a massage it really helped. It might help for you to, it can't hurt to give it a try
