I was doing tricks on my trampoline and did a hand-stand, all of a sudden I felt my right shoulder give out.
At work, I use my body a lot (UPS unloader), and today noticed my shoulder was making a little “popping” sound when I moved it a certain way or two.
Should I see a chiropractor about this? Or just ice it?
Answer:
You should ice it, and stretch it throughout the day. And seeing a chiropractor would also be a smart thing to do, but it might not be necessary if it does not cause too much pain. They’ll probably just tell you to stretch it.
Answer:
Ice your shoulder on and off in 15 minute blocks. If you feel like your shoulder is falling out of its socket you should see an orthopedic physician not a chiropractor. You may have torn something or you may have impingement syndrome.
Answer:
alternate out ice and heat incase there’s any swelling in the joint… if it doesnt go away in a week, I'd recommend seeing a chiropractor
Answer:
Honestly….I'd just ice it first but if it REALLY hurts, I'd go to a chiropractor yes X_x
Answer:
give it two weeks. if it dont go away..go see a physician…
