Well, my doctor gave me a drug/pill/medication called loratadine. He told me to take it once a day. However, the box shows that i can't take more than 1 tablet in 24 hours. What if i take 1 tablet at 9:00 A.M. on one day. And then take another tablet at 8:00 at the following day. Since it's only 23 hours, is that considered overdose?

Answer:
The “1 tablet in 24 hours” merely means one a day so you must not take more than one a day. If you take one at breakfast time and another one at dinner time you would be overdosing.

It is best to take your one a day at roughly the same time each day. Breakfast time is usually the ideal and most convenient time.

Even if you took one at breakfast time and the next day you took one at lunch time (because you forgot to take it at breakfast time) and then again at breakfast time the next day that would still be OK although the time intervals might have been something like 29 hours and 19 hours.

When people state each 24 hours they generally mean once a day and preferably at roughly the same time.

Answer:
No definitely not, an overdose would be taking like 6 pills in 1 hour

Answer:
No
