Answer:
Time…

That's really all that's going to help. Try to keep your head elevated (don't lie down too flat), that might also help a tiny bit

Answer:
Try to drink Ice water (do not use a straw) and put cool compresses on your face. Try cool green tea bags on your bruises and take a multi vitamin. Ideal of luck, and I hope you feel better soon. Nothing will make it look all superior immediately, but if you’re super bored, put on your biggest sunglasses and go to a dark motion picture theater!

Answer:
Try taking a non-steroidal anti-inflamitory drug like IBuprofen. This should help the adema (swelling). Furthermore, you could apply an ice pack to the area. As for the bruising, i'm afraid there’s no “healing” that. But they should subside in a few days to a couple of weeks.

Answer:
800mg of Ibuprofen was what my physician recommended to me for reducing swelling and it works like a miracle. Use can do this up to 4 fours a day or 3200mg a day.

Answer:
Take your pick, frozen carrots, frozen corn, frozen peas, or ice.

Apply icy substances to the swelling to reduce it. As for the bruising, goodluck.

Answer:
ice, ice, ice!! (peas stay frozen longer though). and if it does bruise you can ice it then go in small circle with a soft tooth brush… it will break up the blood..then put some concealer on :) good luck
