At what age you found out how girls are different from boys?

Really young…I'd say at 3 or 4 I understood that girls and boys looked and acted differently. At 3 years old my parents had no qualms with bathing male and female kids together…and though at that age I wasn't interested enough to examine exactly what was going on down there, I did remember a distinct lack of a penis.

I was probably around 8 or 9 when I finally understood that there was an opening down there on girls…prior to that I just thought it was a mysterious crack.
