does it make you lonley? cus u wake up at night and everyone else is asleep and its like ur all alone.

no, but my mum suffers from insomnia..
i feel sorry for her because she sleep when its day and gets soo exhausted..

I have insomnia but I’m not sure why. I am usually up most of the night on the personal. I’m not lonely becaue I’ve my cats and my husband. They keep me company.

Yep, sometimes it can get lonely being up all alone but it's most lonely when people don't understand whats going on and think you can control when and how long you sleep.

sometimes its lonley but you could take sleeping pills or do something online with other people if no ones awake
