Yesterday I found out an old friend of mine died of an IED in iraq and i just found out just now..this really affected me a lot. I’ve been on bedrest for a wk and this day due to toothache and not being able to sleep, I called in sick. I'm 22 wks. pregnant. My bf is in iraq also. Anyways I am fed up of work and just everything and i just want to get away! I am thinking about resigning from my job and going somewhere far far away… maybe see a friend for a couple of weeks and just re-energize my spirit. I am feeling very depressed.

i am sorry for your loss.you can not take any pills to help you through.i don’t think this is a good time to drop your job.you need to be responsable for this child.besides having no responsibilities will not be a good idea now….
invite a friend to your place instead.
read.take some yoga lessons.take long walksfind a support group.ask here under military and i am sure someone will tell you where you can find one.
take care of you and the baby.
