I heard gargling with listerine works and drinking lots of fluids is this tru and please give me more tips quickly

I’ve a bunch of tips that’ll help you! I just got over a nasty cold with sore throat/drainage and all the yuck that goes with it.
gargling with Listerine does help, but can leave that awful taste in the back of your throat. Instead, gargle with warm salt-water! (warmest you can stand.. not hot!) The salt-water actually helps to heal and soothes the throat.
Also, try some hot chamomille/jasmine/ or green tea. The warmth does help on the throat, and plus they’ve anti-oxidants which will help too.
Also, take a decongestant… this will help with the drainage and sinuses if you have a cold coming on!….
