Answer:
No. when you’re doing that sort of work the bacteria are dead, so no you won't get malaria.
By the way, your spelling and grammar are terrible. First, it's spelled “Science” and second, you post should look like this:
“I looked at malaria under a microscope and the thing the malaria was in was made of glass. It broke, can I get malaria?” By the way, the thing the malaria was in is called a “slide”.
