last night i came back from the gym and felt really weird. i had been extremely angry walking to the gym and trained a lot harder than usual because of the anger. when i got home i was feeling really weird, like trembling all over, pupils dilated and very jumpy.

i already take medication for depression and anxiety but this anger is a symptom ive not had before, its not just a feeling of anger like people get its really extreme.

what could this be?

(before anyone asks i am not on steroids!)

Answer:
Your body probably went into mild shock as a combined response to your anger/anxiety as well as the physical strain. It's just your body's way of responding to increased heart rate & BP.

Answer:
Too much adrenaline. Exercise gives you a natural high.
Did you have any energy drinks? Those can make you edgy, too.

Answer:
actually I’m on steroids, and they DO make me feel angry, anyway it must be stress, don't worry so much about it, no huge deal

Answer:
i know what you mean

i often work out to deal with stress. afterwards i feel very shaky but kind of light headed and weak

i'd state its probably normal

Answer:
Maybe you should go see your personal physician because maybe your training too much and your body cant take it.
sorry if ive not helped..
:\

Answer:
Go to a physician and get a blood panel done, make sure they check your thyroid levels.

Answer:
…lunacy
