how can i stop this? what do i do when i get a nosebleed?

will they go away?
what do you advise? thankyou. its very much appreciated
Answer:
The pressure in your nose from sneezing can strain the blood vessels, which then rupture, giving you a nose bleed.
As the suggestion below, tipping your head aback helps stop the bleed.
You might want to get a humidifier to moisten the air- part of the stress on your blood vessels may be that the inside of you nose isn't moist enough..
Should go away once you stop all the sneezing.
Some people are more prone to nose bleeds than others. You might be one of them
Answer:
When a nosebleed occurs, simply pinch your nose shut for 5 minutes then release the pressure to see if the bleeding has stopped. If not, re-pinch for another 5 minutes. Wipe the blood away gently and blow your nose ONLY if you need to (and do this as gently as possible).
Avoid use of nasal sprays (especially ones for allergies) until the bleeds stop. If you find your nasal passages become dry, think about trying steam treatment to moisten the passages without introducing foreign materials.
If the bleeds continue, I'd suggest seeing your physician. It might be an infection that's left over or instigated by your current illness.
Answer:
When you’ve a nose bleed, tilt your head back. The blood flow will stop to your nose, but you'll get bloody phlegm. Don't blow your nose to hard, and don't shove it when you wipe it. If you pick your nose- don't =]. And try to stay out of hot weather.
If you’ve loads of nosebleeds and are looking rather pale- not to worry you but those are symptoms of leukemia.
