It's called clindamycin and I have to take 2 150 mg capsules 3 times a day. Ever since I've been taking them, I've gone from going to the bathroom (#2) once every 2 days to 2-3 times a day, what is going on?!

Continue taking it until the course is complete. It doesn't sound like a dangerous side affect, might be due to the normal 'friendly' bacteria in your gut being wiped out.
Of course if you are worried, you should talk to your physician.

if your increased stool is normal than I would not suspect any serious side effects. However, if your stool is watery (diarrhea) then I would strongly recommend seeking medical help as this might be a sign of a serious side effect which left without treatment may result in death. As with any medical situation, if you have doubts or questions it would be ideal to consult with a doctor.
