Doc said to use it as a sleep med but I keep upping the dose and still not sleepy.
Answer:
It means it doesn't work for you. I used to 4 each night to get to sleep. After a week my body got used to it and I was taking 6 a night. Every morning I would wake up really thirsty. I stopped taking it and just suffered insomnia for a while. Then I met an old man at Sam's Club and he told me about melatonin. It's a chemical your body naturally produces at night when it's bedtime. Your body won't produce it if you are sitting in lighted room, in front of the T.V. or personal. Purchase some generic melatonin pills and see how it works. One pill works every single time for me.
Answer:
i know what you're saying, it takes more than a bottle of benadryl to knock me out too…
but it works in weird ways…if i wanna stay awake i can…but if i put my head on a pillow, im out in less than 5…
if it dont work for u, u musta developed a tolerance…
try another drug…nutin too strong, or take a bath n warm milk before sleepin…r exercise in the evenings…
Answer:
Well there’s non-drowsy so make sure you have the drowsy one. Also it may not work on you. I would stop upping the dose if its not working…
Answer:
