Everytime i lay down or i sit my right leg goes to sleep, do u happen to know why this is happening?

A vein or artery is stopped to push more blood that way.
Then it feels like your leg goes to sleep.

It is far more likely that when you lay down or sit a nerve is getting pinched somewhere in your leg causing your leg to go to sleep (go numb). Try adjusting your position to see if this alleviates the numbness. Next time you see your doc, bring it to his attention.
