I’m loaded with muscle on my arms but i am having trouble with my stomach and I go to the gym 2 days for workout/ treadmill and one day for full court basketball i also eat healthy at home i only shop groceries from whole foods and trader joes

Ahhh… I'd bet you already have a 6-pack! Most people on the football team at my school are like this. You probly have a thin layer of fat over your abs which kina hides them. The only thing you can do is get that fat of your belly! I know I'm uber skinny but try joining swim team. It's harder than you think and you'll get a pretty good work out. If you've never swam competitively before I recommend you start in summer league rather than high school!

Eat raw fruits and vegetables and cross train. A lot of side to side stretching and twisting to condition those buried muscles will do you good. Eat lots of natural fiber and leafy greens.

lets say you eat 2000 cal a day then you need to burn 2000 too see a difference
