I dont think running a mile a day is going to help. How long do you think that it will take for me to get down to around 205. I was a lineman in high school, working on getting bigger by more muscle. The BMI said i was 34% body fat. People i know for a short time and we talk about military they say why dont you join. I ask them how much do they think i weigh? They say anywhere from 205-225lbs. I need help in a good routine that will help me lose 50lbs or more, pretty quick. Thanks for all of the answers! No BS please.

walk everyday as soon as you get up in the morning, and before you go to bed. Run for 2-2.5 hours a day. when you run that long you should burn [for me anyways] 1800 kCal (2.5 hours) a day not including walking that you should walk for 3 miles (about one hour of walking). Watch your kCal intake as well. and try to eat less big meals and more smaller meals (5-6 small meals) and healthier ones as well. IE whole wheat. eat breakfast as well.

This will also increase your lungs and heart to work better. You will feel better as well. Don't even brother lifting weights because that will make you gain weight [muscle] than lose weight [fat]. Also check Google as well.

7707.7 kCal in one kilogram of fat. (2.2022 pounds)

hope this helps. you must be metally fit as well to do this everyday.

P.S.drink a lot of water. that can work wonders as well.
