I've heard that if you get your body fat percentage down to 6 percent and start working out, your muscle bulk will increase. Right now i'm at 11% and I was wondering if there was some sort of eating regiment that I could go on to get down below 8%. It's not that I want to be anorexic or anything.

to Build Bulk muscle and lose weight make sure you are cutting down on fats but eating protien. then lift heavier weights in short sets 30-40 minutes 2 times a day / 4-5 days a week mixxing in light cardio. make sure you are lifting tough in the short time and not casually go around.

be sure to strech before and after.

something that works for me is not eating anything 3 hours before going to sleep.
